I was doing a passive search to see if I could refinance my house. I’ve been through a divorce and knew my credit wasn’t looking the best. Dylan pulled some numbers for me and I initially thought I could not do it, but then Dylan let me know I had some choices I could do. I was amazed that first of all I could do it at all, and secondly that I had choices. In the end my new husband and I refinanced our home, took out part of our equity and was able to pay off all of our debt. We are now in a much better financial position because Dylan helped us see what we could do rather than telling us we can’t do this. Thank you Dylan!
